I came across these rings of goodness on Pinterest and loved them! They are straight forward to make, and can be customized with whatever topping you like (crowd pleaser status: boss)! If you’re looking for a sweet treat to snack on, and you’re not afraid to get your hands a little messy, why not give these bad boys a try?  - J -

Friends of ours, who’s names both start with ‘T’ hence ‘T2 Dip’, raved about this dip recipe of theirs one summer and said people always request they bring it over… after hearing the ingredients I was seriously doubtful (cream cheese, avocado AND mango.. eek). I reluctantly tried the dip and was pleasantly surprised with how much I liked it! Refreshing, creamy yet crisp and colorful. I hope you will be equally as delighted by this new summer favorite!   - J -

Warm, salty, home cooked pretzels… what more needs to be said!?      Pretzels are such a feel- good food and bring a smile to everyone’s face. With my Swiss German heritage, pretzels have a soft spot in my heart (see what I did there??). The first time I tried this recipe I quite appropriately involved my German flatmate who was equally as keen to give this project a go! We thought we were embarking on a kitchen nightmare in the noble quest to create a little taste of home, however we were very pleasantly surprised to discover how easy they were to make… sshhh, we promise not to tell if you dont  ;)   - J -

Before I say anything I have to come clean… This recipe was a total fluke. A beautiful, delicious and healthy fluke. It had the potential to be seriously hit or (more realistically) miss. When brainstorming sweet treat ideas, I knew I wanted to make something satisfying but not loaded with processed sugars. I’m much more a savory kind of cook, so I was left scratching my head on what to do. I started rummaging through my kitchen and compiled a group of ingredients that I figured sounded pretty good together… and not to brag, but I may have nailed it! Give this recipe a try… quick and easy with only 4 ingredients! Golden.   - J -

This is one of my all-time favorite recipes. There is an ongoing joke in my family about asking me what I want for dinner… Ever since any of us can remember, I’ve had the same answer without fail: TEIGWAREN AUFLAUF. That’s Swiss kid for pasta bake. And not just any old pasta bake, this dish promises happiness and satisfaction and warmth and goodness all in one pretty package. Oh, and did I mention it’s crazy easy to make?!   - J -

This is one of my favorite recipes to make as soon as the sun is out! I remember as a child always having these with my mom when we needed a snack after sports practice. As light as they look, they seriously fill your belly! Back then they were store bought and a quick fix for hunger; having recently found a recipe for summer rolls online, it has now become a nostalgic cooking process.   - J -

This is such an easy recipe and so tasty! I have a serious love affair with french fries, but try to be somewhat conscious of health… so this is my compromise! These are great to make as a side to grilled chicken or an addition to throw over a salad. What’s convenient about this recipe is that you can do the prep work ahead of time and just pop them in the oven when you’re ready!   - J -
